We have a large archive of motorsport memorabilia dating back to the early 1970s and beyond. These include books, press cutting, magazines and photographs covering the many eras of the sport.
We are in the process of collating and digitising these archives but with over 50 years of unsorted material this may be a lengthy process. In the meantime feel free to contact us to discuss research.
Currently collated materials include:
Formula One race reports and press clippings from 1973-1983 (the 1973 season does not include race reports, only results)
Press clippings regarding Team Lotus cars from the Lotus 72 through to the Lotus 91T, including the unraced Lotus 86/88/88B
We also have a large collection of books focused mostly on Ford, Lotus and Ferrari, as well as the complete 1970s Orbis partwork, “On Four Wheels”.
Most of the material is from Autosport, with additional content from Motoring News (now Motorsport News), Motorsport and the sadly defunct Grand Prix International magazine.
